What I love about it:
The above scenes are great, but I really love the bit where the boys try to scare off a would-be suitor of the girl they're both falling for by singing a funny version of "If You Knew Susie" (with altered lyrics like: "S is for sincerity, which she's got none of...")

Except for Gold Diggers of 1933, I haven't seen any of your musicals. I used to think of myself as having seen so many, now I'm reconsidering that evaluation.
However, so far you've been picking ones that I've wanting to see, although I'm not too interested in Gentleman Prefer Blondes. I've also always wanted to see another Gene Kelly Frank Sinatra pairing with On the Town.
On the Town is fun. I really like Take Me Out to the Ballgame, another Gene Kelly/Frank Sinatra musical which I may or may not get to this month.
